At Kaanipa, we take great pride in the craftsmanship of our premium bangles. Each piece is hand-finished with care and precision.
Because our jewellery is made to order or custom-designed, we maintain a fair but strict return and refund policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

You notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

You provide an unboxing video clearly showing the issue.

Custom, personalized, or made-to-order bangles cannot be returned or refunded.

2. Process for Returns

Contact our support team at support@kaanipa.com
within 48 hours of delivery.

Attach images/video proof of the defect or damage.

Once approved, ship the unused item back in its original packaging.

Please note: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are offered only for the same product category if stock is available.
If not, store credit or a replacement item will be provided.
